Why they hang out at farm? why don't watch movie at the girl house? Don't they feel inconvenient that I am sitting among them?
Why come so long away to sit together on couch to watch movie? Why they don't kiss?
Watch movie here till midnight and then the men follow the girl back again?

This morning, I asked him about his relationship with the British girl. There is no love but fun only. He explained that this was 'human nature'. This kind of temporary relationship which is called fling, is very normal in their cultures. He has never speak out "I love you" to the girl and they just did it. He believed the girl did not love him too since she understand that he just spend a month here.

This is the last night in November. My lovely dorm mate went to have happy time with the British girl again. It is good that they don't hang out here. Otherwise, I feel a little bit uneasy to be the "bulb" between them. I am alone and suddenly feel a little bit lonely. oohhh no no no I should enjoy my time too..of course... according to the teaching of Bible.  what should I do to dispel my loneliness...let eat ...haha tummy tummy please leave me alone

Half day walking trip in Veliko Tarnovo.
I met a gypsy lady and she show me the way to Aseners Monument. Then I decided to walk myself instead of her company. When the day was getting dark and I waited at the bus station, I met her again. It was too bad that she can't understand English, I could not express my gratitude and share gospel to her.

My days in Bulgaria is great. I spent more than three weeks here (10 November 2012 to 3 December 2012). Everything was not expensive. I met some Christian family such as Martin, Helen and other Bulgarians. There were not many Christian here.

My host Cliffe: We only spent few days together since he left Veliko Tarnovo to United Kingdom for family time. He was very energetic and applied healthy lifestyle. Because of him, I started the habit of eating the skins of fruits such as orange, kiwi etc

Colby Brown: A volunteer from United States. I spent most of my time with him. He was a charming young American. He was kind and honest. He applied an unhealthy lifestyle. We were from different worlds. Nevertheless, it was a wonderful experience to have his company. I learnt a lot about United States from him. I prayed that he would be touched by God’s love soon hahaha.

Sunday, Annie drove Sarah, Layla, Colby and I to Shipka for one day trip. What a amazing experience...

I stayed in Trinity Rock Farm around three weeks. It was a wonderful experience. Cliff is an kind and friendly farm owner. I enjoy my life here VERY much :).

Thanksgiving Day in Veliko Tarnovo

Although Bulgarians did not celebrate Thanksgiving Day, Colby took a leave to have a feast in the evening. We shopped at Kaufland hypermarket, neither Colby nor I can read Bulgarian language and Colby tried to get help from shopkeepers to get the right ingredients and species but to no avail since they cannot speak English. He was quite confused and simply chose some species for evening dinner.

He invited Annie (British) and Edward (Spanish) for dinner. Thanksgiving Day is a special festival for American and Canadian, Annie, Edward and I had never celebrated Thanksgiving. We expected a turkey for dinner. Nevertheless, there was a chicken instead of turkey since 24 hours was needed to defrost a turkey and we were lack of time. Annie and I were a little bit disappointed.

Since this was my first Thanksgiving Day, I hope to hear Thanksgiving songs, to watch Thanksgiving dance…Nevertheless, there was no traditional songs, dances and costumes for Thanksgiving. Thanksgiving is just a festival for a family gathering, there is no specific celebration. I did request some performances from Colby, therefore he show apple juggling. Awesome! Four of us (An American, a British, Spanish and Malaysian) had a great culture exchange talk in the evening.

I was a little confused with the relationship between Colby and Annie, I wonder they were a couple or friends. Colby has passed his romantic night at Annie home for the previous party but they did not act as a couple; Annie may be not the girl, there were too many girls in the previous party.

Time was flying away and it was getting dark. Finally, Colby informed me that he may overnight somewhere else. I was glad that my instinct was right. I just confused why didn’t they went for dating every night since Colby only spent one and half month in Veliko Tarnovo. Why didn’t they act as a couple? Actually I was very curious of this kind of relationship; I wonder it is polite to ask him. I had no mean to give comment on the relationship; I just wonder what were in their minds. Is it love? Flesh? Love mixed with Flesh?
